Common login problems and fixes
Most issues come down to one of four causes: wrong credentials, a locked account, a network error or an outdated app version.
Wrong email or password: Double-check caps lock and that you are using the email from your registration confirmation. Use 'Forgot Password?' if unsure.
Account locked: After several failed attempts O'Reels may temporarily lock the account as an anti-fraud measure. Wait 10-15 minutes or contact live chat.
Network / loading issue: A weak mobile signal or VPN can interrupt the login handshake. Switch to Wi-Fi or disable the VPN and try again.
Outdated app: An old version of the iOS or Android app may not connect properly. Update via the App Store or Google Play.
Account closed or self-excluded: If you previously set a self-exclusion on any casino in the Betable network (which includes Grace Media brands such as Slots Rush and Onyx Slots), access will be blocked until the exclusion period expires. Contact support to confirm your status.
